What We Offer
Contract to Closing & Beyond
Contract to Closing and Beyond services include all the services provided in the Executed Contract to Closing and Beyond services (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) PLUS document preparation.
Prepare contracts, addendums, disclosures, etc. to present on buyer's behalf.
If contract is accepted, fill out additional addenums, disclosures, etc., as needed.
Prepare documents as needed for signatures.
Send documents to buyer to sign. (Agent is responsible for explaining the documents to buyer.)
Doublecheck all documents for accuracy.
The Inky Elephant will not . . .
Write negotiate on behalf of clients in agent's place.
Explain contract terms and details to agent's client(s).
Fee Schedule
Contract to Closing & Beyond services are $425.
A $50 deposit is required before contracts will be written.
The remaining $375 is expected at closing.
PLEASE NOTE:
* If the contract is NOT executed, the $50 deposit will NOT be returned.
* If the contract is terminated at any point after execution, the $50 will not be returned.
In the event the contract terminates at any point, the $50 will not be returned, but the remaining $375 is NOT expected to be paid.
