Clients may choose from pre-existing templates, Canva designs, or may choose to leave the design style to The Inky Elephant.

Price includes small changes during the life of the property contract, such as date changes, picture changes, etc.

Clients will preview and approve of flyer, which will be sent via email and will have a watermark across the front. Once approval is obtained and payment received, flyer will be delivered in .jpg and .png format. Pdf is available upon request.
- Every effort will be made to deliver the flyer within 48 hours, but do keep in mind, The Inky Elephant guarantees delivery within 72 hours.
- Requests for changes can generally be done within 24 hours, but in rare instances may take up to 48 hours.
- If a flyer is needed sooner, please feel free to contact The Inky Elephant by phone (call/text) 832-513-3929. In some instances, my schedule does allow me to provide flyers sooner.
Clients are responsible for . . .
- Providing all pictures for the flyer (or a link to MLS listing).
- Providing all information requested on the order form.
- Reviewing and approving of the flyer in a timely manner (within 24 hours of email delivery of product).
- Understanding that delays in approvals of final product could delay the guaranteed delivery window of 72 hours. Clients should be aware of such delays and should take note to approve or request changes as soon as possible.
Fee Schedule
- $20
- Approval is expected within twelve hours of email notification containing watermarked product.
- Copies without a watermark will not be released until final payment is received.
- Payment can be made via CashApp or Paypal.
- Clients should take note that failure to approve and pay in a timely manner will affect their ability to request services in the future.
